The belief in prophethood in Islam

Belief in Prophethood is a fundamental pillar of Islamic faith, as it is considered the belief that Allah, the Almighty, sent the prophets and messengers to guide humanity to the right path. The prophets are humans chosen by Allah with His message, sent to teach people the laws of Allah and convey His commands and prohibitions.
Belief in the Prophets requires a Muslim to believe in all the prophets mentioned in the Holy Quran, including our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, who is considered the last of the prophets and messengers. Allah says in the Holy Quran: “Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the Seal of the Prophets” (Al-Ahzab: 40).
Indeed, belief in Prophethood enhances a Muslim's understanding of the role of the prophets in conveying the divine message and guiding the nation to worship Allah alone, helping them to follow the guidance of the prophets in their daily lives.
